Sundays are busy days for me. I usually get up at 8am and head over to church for choir rehearsal and then stand up front to lead a one hour mass. Being 'on' the whole time really takes a lot of energy. I had a piece of toast for breakfast and that was while I was running out the door. With mass not ending until 1pm, it can be hard to eat right on a Sunday. I also have two more masses to perform at today, which means dinner will either be at 3:30 or after 8pm. I'll end up doing the 8pm dinner because there just isn't time in the afternoon. I found time to head to the gym at 2pm, but now I'm very tired and my head hurts a bit. Sunday is a day that I really need to plan better for so I can feel good and get a lot done throughout the day.
1) I said 'no' to stopping at a coffee shop this morning.
2) I said 'no' to lunch with the choir after mass.
3) I said 'no' to lunch with cousin and parents and went to the gym.
4) I said 'no' to soda and chose water.
5) I said 'no' to a fast food dinner and will cook something later in the evening.
